January 8, 2024
We will continue meeting at 1:00 pm, and may continue at 1:00 pm going forward. The potluck is next week (January 14).
As we wrap up our series on Ezra-Nehemiah by the end of January, we will head into Hebrews. Floyd will preach on Nehemiah 11 and 12, then Rod will preach on Nehemiah 13 and the introduction to Hebrews.
Sonlight CRC Building
There are a number of work items that are required for the building. This includes the possibility of upgrading the speaker wiring and/or sound system, roof repairs, security updates. If someone would be able to assist with the interface with Sonlight, please let Rod or Floyd know.
The Church App
Our hosting with Subsplash, which includes the app, has now ended. We will use Signal messenger. The newsletter will be sent by email and available on the website. All giving history has been maintained and receipts will be issued in early 2024. If you are giving using the recurring payment method, please go to https://gracerb.ca/giving/#give and you'll be able to make the same arrangements (let me know and I'll make sure the other is cancelled).
